Out of one hundred applications sent, ninety replies will send automatic rejection emails, five won’t go through due to various reasons from technical, change of mind to timelines, and remaining five will give you an actual chance to interview. Hence, the reply rate is <5%. Don’t get disappointed, that’s how the game works. You’re not the only one in the market.
